Ireland new member in Euro-Argo ERIC
During its 5th meeting held in Brest on April 29, 2015, the Euro-Argo ERIC Council enthusiastically welcomed Ireland as a new member of the Euro-Argo ERIC.
We are thus delighted to announce that Ireland, through the Marine Institute, has joined the Euro Argo ERIC which consists now of 8 country members and 2 observers from Europe.
Michael Gillooly (Director Ocean Science and Information Systems at Marine Institute) will represent Ireland in the Council and Diarmuid Ó Conchubhair (Team lead of Marine Infrastructure Projects at Marine Institute) in the Management Board.
