II. Terms and conditions policy

Intellectual property

In application of articles L. 111-1 and L. 123-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code, all intellectual property rights related to the Euro-Argo ERIC website, including, but not limited to, those relating to any patented data, copyright, trade names, trademarks, logos, databases, documents, texts, graphics, drawings, photographs, audio files, video files, digital circuits, are the property of Euro-Argo ERIC or a third party, and for which it benefits from a right of use.

Euro-Argo ERIC grants the user a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use its website. All other rights are expressly excluded.

Consequently, and in a non-exhaustive manner, the rights to (i) reproduce, represent, adapt and/or translate, (ii) extract, or (iii) create any derivative work of all or part of the Euro-Argo ERIC website and/or of the contents thereof, are formally and strictly prohibited outside the framework strictly limited to the exception of private copying or for educational purposes.

III. Privacy policy

Collection and processing of personal data

Any information collected by Euro-Argo ERIC is never communicated to third parties.

In application of the imperative provisions of the RGPD and the French Data Protection Act, the user of the Euro-Argo website may request that his or her Personal Data be communicated to him or her and demand, if necessary, that his or her Personal Data be rectified, completed, updated, locked or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, outdated or whose collection, use, communication or retention is prohibited.

In application of the imperative provisions of the RGPD and the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the Internet user has a right of access, rectification and deletion of personal information concerning him stored by Euro-Argo ERIC. Important: all requests by post or e-mail must be accompanied by proof of identity of the applicant and specify the address to which the reply should be sent. A reply will be sent to you within one to three months of receipt of the request.

IV. Cookies

Euro-Argo ERIC may store certain personal information and cookies on the user's device.
