The Euro-Argo RISE Kick-Off meeting will run from Wednesday 9 January morning to Friday 11 January noon. The first three half days are dedicated to Work Packages meetings, organized by WP leaders. The aim of these 2 to 3 hours meetings is to organize the workplan within Work Packages for the project duration. For each Work Package, a dedicated agenda will be provided by the WP leader to the partners involved.
WP and task leaders will then report to the General Assembly on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. Note that each partner involved in the project has to be represented during the General Assembly, by at least one person. The objective of this first General Assembly is to make sure we all understand the work content, discuss the main issues and the way we will organize the work.
Executive Board meeting
The Executive Board, composed of the 8 Work Packages leaders and chaired by the Project Coordinator, will meet after the General Assembly to internally discuss the project management.

Social event: A joint dinner will be organised on Thursday 10 January (offered), at The Ruffé, located in Brest city center, 1 bis rue Yves Collet.
